For hygiene reasons, all sales are final — we cannot process returns once an order has been shipped. Your health and safety are our top priority. Thank you for your understanding.
Size Correction Policy
Correct sizing directly affects how the nails fit and look. Please read our size guide carefully before placing your order.
If you receive your order and find that the nail size doesn‘t fit your needs (e.g., too small or too large), we cannot accept a direct return or exchange. However, we’re happy to help in the following way:
